Default Operational Plan continued

Just to let you know - if you read the recent operational plan thread started by Andy - that the Ofsted inspector on Tuesday really liked it in 3 columns -

1 - the standards quoted from the Ofsted literature

2 - what I do to meet the standards in my setting

3 - where the evidence is kept to prove what i do

If you didn't read it, we were talking about how to prove what we do and show it off to its best potential

Anyhow, she worked through it and said it made the inspection so much easier for her because the evidence was all set out and she just had to ask for it.... in fact, she liked it so much, she took a copy away with her to help her write her report..... which says I'm an OUTSTANDING Childminder in all areas!! Still buzzing
