Here is a guideline of what i wrote if that is any help

K3H280 & K3H295
The government recommends that each child eats at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day along with a balanced diet that includes dairy products, wheat and other starchy foods, meat fish and protein. It is important to follow these guidelines to keep your child healthy and nutritious.

K3H277
Above in K3H280 is the government guidelines for a nutrious balanced diet if you following this then you will be offering a nutritional needs of the child. Below is a guide of what constitutes a nutritionally balanced diet.

It is important that children have a balanced diet as no single food contains
all the essential nuterients the body needs to be healthy and to function efficiently. There are
eight goverment guildlines on helathy eating they are:
- Enjoy your food
- Eat a variety of different foods
- Eat the right amount to maintain a healthy weight
- Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
- Eat plenty of foods rich in startch and fibre
- Do not eat to many foods which contain a lot of fat
- Do not have sugary and drinks to often
- If you drink alchol, drink sensiably (this does not apply to children)
