Help SOS Help stuck on changes to own practice?

Hi I’m really stuck on this question what changes can you make to own practices in order to support children’s development. It says when considering my answer I should think of examples from real situations I have dealt with. This is the last question I have to answer and I’m just blank. This whole unit has been a bit tricky and I’m stuck! Please can anyone give me some kind of idea where to start
