Default Unit 305 HHHEEELLLLPPP!!!!!!!!

Can any one give any examples on the following..my brain just doesnt seem to want to cooperate this morning!!
I have a worksheet with the following statements on and have to say why each could suffer discrimination, what form and the effects on children. If anyone would be so kind to give me shove in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Family from different cultural background.

where a family member is in prison

family containing a wheelchair user

low-income family

family without a car

family where the father is the main carer.

Hiya,
Families on a low income may have less access to facilities in the area. May not have funds to travel etc...... swiiming pools, bus travel e.g. The same applies to wheel chair users.
All of these things can prejudice people on how they judge them so they may have faced discrimination too. Many places are in accessible to those without money and those in wheelchairs. A father may feel uncomfortable attending "Mother and toddler" groups.

Hope these few pomters help
