hi i am having trouble understanding the question:
how do you use reflection as a tool for contrasting what we say we do and what we actually do?
it could be simple just need a bit of help understanding to actually get it done

any1 help?

The way I answered this one is that every setting should have written policy detailing their procedures and policy, you should reflect on your actions and behavior to make sure you are acting in line with those. For example, reflecting on how you deal with unwanted behavior - do you actually carry out what you say in your written policy.
