Hi,

Welsh language act 1967 & link to 2003 from wikipedia, may help with reseach.
Education reform act 1988 placed Welsh as a core subject within the curriculum for predominently welsh speaking schools and as a foundation subject in others - legal and policy background Wales.gov.uk

Practice framework will be how the Welsh language is delivered and entwines throughout the foundation phase, primary, secondary & FE provision.

Hth xx
