Hi, for help with the whole unit the level 3 handbook is supportive reading, this document also has some useful information - TDA 3.2 Schools as Organisations

To help prepare for the unit you'll need to ask your school for a copy of its prospectus & welcome pack so you can see the written aims, mission statement and any thing that shows what the ethos of the setting is.
