Attending training courses.
Taking on more responsibilities
Research/Reading

as well as that one, i've also added
Reflecting on my practice
Supervision, in order to get feedback from my colleagues,
Organisation/planning/adult led sheets etc..

My brain kicked in a bit. Lol
