urgent help please

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone can help me with 1 last question from unit 301:

why it is important to provide a positive environment where children are regularly listened to and responded to and how this will help with their overall development?

I seem to be finding myself hitting my head against a brick wall and staring at the question for a few hours.

This is my last question and then I've completed it

If you put the unit you want help for (i.e.301 in this case) in search (next to the teddy & postbox) you may find some help if there are any answers that match what you are looking for.
