Default Describe why planning is essential in the early years setting.

Hello,

Could anyone give me any pointers on how I can expand this below:

4.4 Describe why planning is essential in the early years setting.
Planning is essential to making children's learning effective, exciting, varied and progressive. It enables practitioners to build up knowledge about how each individual child learns, makes progress and what motivates them. It also provides practitioners opportunities to come up with ideas about how to maintain an effective learning environment. It aids in providing clear goals for learning which are realistically achievable to the children. Staff will feel better prepared and can share information with the children and parents which will support the relationship between them. Plans do not have to be written down however this is the most effective way as you can refer to them when needed, ensure a variety of learning and use it to aid future planning. By writing down your recordings, you can use it for planning to ensure all the areas of development are covered and not missed out.

Thanks in advance
