Default ldssmp1 help needed

Hi there , can anyone help me on the unit Ldssmp1 question 1.2. explain the current legislation and guidance relating to the provision of and access to educational opportunities for children and young people.

I have serious brain freeze on this one so any help would be gratefully received!!!

eyfs and national curriculum and sen code of practice you need to explain both

Thanks Tutu, so I don't need to go into Education Act, UNCRC, Children Act etc then? And am I expected to go into great detail or is it ok just to give an overview so that it shows I know which the legislation is? Thanks again in advance
