newbie to NVQ 3! hello!

hello, I started my NVQ in October and attend tutorials, one a month at the local adult education centre.....currently waiting for the assessors to visit, dreading that but I just want to get it over and done with! lol
I am finding the work ok as I am lucky enough to be working only 3 days a week and I can do some study and writing up refective accounts ect on a couple of mornings a week....I have found the tutorials totaly overwhelming and the tutor does not explain how to do anything!!!! it took me ages to work out how to cross reference work and I am still wondering if I am using my evidence properly! I talked to my boss and its a different way of doing things to when she did hers! all I can do is contine to work through the modules I choose and hope that the tutorials cover all the mandatory units!
I will carry on writing tons of reflective accounts and using this forum, it looks very helpfull and no doubt I will be using the search quite oftern! lol#
