Default My brain has gone to sleep please help

I need to answer the following question

Statutory and regulatory arrangements covering health and safety for the children, colleagues, families and visitors in your setting or services

Please can you give me a few ideas on how to start ( or even explain what it is actually asking me) Thank you so much
