talk about some physical activity you did with the children, how and why you encouraged them to warm up before the activity and cool down after the activity, how you made sure the children were wearing appropriate clothing e.g no shoes or socks for an indoor yoga session.

depends on the activity you are writing about really, mine are usually about a page maybe 2. But if you look at other pcs you can cover them too eg in the healthy physical development reflective account if you talk about assessing the risks but without limiting the childrens development you have covered another pc. I wrote about an obstacle course but the children decided to extend it and ride their trikes down a hill - so i explained that they can do this providing nobody is at the bottom of the hill, and only one child can ride down the hill at a time, this still allowed them to take some risks for themselves as well as extending their learning trial and error (if they fall of while riding down the hill they might find a part of the hill which is less steep to ride down).
hopefully this makes sense, just try to include information to cover other pcs in one reflective account!
