Help SOS Encouraging participation during refferal?

hi everyone, I am struggling on this question "encourage participation of children or young people during the referral process", can anyone pls pls pls help me....

what types of refferals do you get?

it depends honey what type of referal would you be doing we get needle phobics refered to us so that we can help them work through their fears through play. would this be the type of referral you would do?
