The company I work for expect all it's assessors to go & visit each candidate once a month to do assessments. The preffered form of evidence is observations not matter what level the candidates are doing. We set them a certain amount of written work in their action plans so the candidates have clear guidlines to work to. We also use professional discussions can cover P.C's & knowledge & Q&A's also help with knowledge.
We do not expect too much written work. As ANNASPANNER says...it's a voccational course!
