Can some one please tell me how I answer (Give example from own practice of supporting children and young people to asses and manage risks) Does this mean I have to get this one signed off with examples eg, professional discussion ect or do I just answer this with a candidate report? My problem is the laying out and answering format to these questions. The writing I find okay, I am a bit behind at the moment due to my father getting poorly then started a temporary job, so I am extending for another year I am only half way through assignment 3 out of 11, each containing 14- 24 tasks :-/

Also when it says (Undertake a health and safety risk assessment in own work setting or service illustrating how its implementation will reduce risk) Do I do a candidate report and a risk assessment or just the risk assessment?

Hi, if you use any risk assessment documents that your placement/workplace already has in place it can be submitted as a work product. Your written account that explains how knowing these risks and the way that this protects children would accompany it as a report.

If you're uncertain about layout contact your course provider, they will be expected to and able to offer help in laying out your coursework xx
