The reply to that would hopefully match or form the basis of a complaints procedure that you would then be able to confirm supports recommended guidance xx
Reflection on your own professional reactions, objectively & impartially understanding why a parent made the complaint, reviewing policies and procedures as soon as something like this happens and examining routines & practices that might cause conflict are all different ways to help deal with challenges.
