We did a treasure hunt attached to a party brought in over £500 without to much out lay or time. It's great as it gives the children something to do when it wet and cold. Somethings were made and there was a prize for the most money raised. Parents and grandparents gave children money for the amount of items found there was also a prize for the best collection. If your numbers are very low can you cut staff hours a little its not nice not if it keeps everyone in a job it worth it.
