Supporting children experiencing transitions and significant events in the early years sector

I currently have 5 days left to complete 8 units with gaps, if that wasn't a hard enough task I'm now stuck on:

Explain how to manage the potential effects of transitions and significant events in partnership with:
A) children
C) key worker/person, colleagues and other professionals


I've looked through all transition information in my EYE book but there is nothing about managing effects.
I'm not looking to copy people's work but anyone with what they've done that can point me in the right direction cause my minds gone blank after doing 3 other unit gaps would be much appreciated.
