Hi, a healthy lifestyle includes regular exercise, good diet, self-care eg. teeth, eyes, toileting, hair and what to do when you/someone feels unwell.

Your setting may already have a time when they explore 'all about me/myself/who am I'? and plan activities to explore children's families, feelings, emotions, friendhips, personal interests and what children like- their preferences.

Physical activities could include outdoor games - obstacles course, ball games. Indoor gym, dancing and other whole body movements.

Healthy foods, cooking and exploring vegetables and fruit. Learning about sugar, salt, fat and drinks that are good for our bodies.

The index in this level 3 handbook is useful.

Hope this helped a little.

Best wishes
