Default Regulatory requirements for a community run early years setting?

Could someone help me with this please

Please explain what the regulatory requirements are, and the lines of responsibility and reporting, and explain how the human resources is managed in a community based setting.

(Here you can just summarise overarching standards and provide a list of the relevant regulations. Please include Ofsted regulations on ratios and how you would fulfil deployment of staff. You could also provide an organisation chart and any other work product to support your knowledge and understanding of this.)

Many thanks

Hi search inside this book for 'human resources' and click to page 420

Regulatory requirements will include the setting's registration and inspection process with ofsted. The EYFS welfare requirements (if the setting is in England). Health and Safety ie. suitable premises and equipment, provision of food, drink and guidelines for healthy eating, COPPA and RIDDOR. First aid and fire safety. How information systems and records are managed in the setting including confidentiality. Safeguarding and child protection procedures. Safe recruitment.

Ofsted regulations on ratios are on page 23 of the EYFS

How is it that each staff member knows what to do and where to do each day in your setting? Is deployment managed through planning eg. 2 named staff members spend mornings outdoors and then afternoons inside? One staff member leads a circle or storytime? another assists children with table top games?

Hth xx
