Hi can anyone help I'm struggling on unit 17 ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING WITH CHILDREN ANF YOUNG PEOPLE
2,3 explain how the goals and targets identified will support the achievement of positive outcomes
2,5 explain how to support a child or young person and others to understand and agree the goals, targets and outcomes of the plan
3,2 agree with a child, young person and others how goals and targets will be measured
I appreciate any help given :) x

2.5 hold discussions with child. parents and carers, ensure they understand, encourage child to participate and agree with the goals and targets, use visuals. show resources of what may be used, send work sheets home for parents to do with the child, ask parents for feedback, make sure child and parents are happy, provide 1-1 support, group sessions etc...
