Bouncyfun is on a distinguished road
SOS Cache level 3 nvq diploma assingment 8 Q9.

"Plan a discussion with your mentor or manager – this could be a scheduled training or personal review within the organisation to agree your personal development plan. In that discussion you must:
• Reflect on your practice and how you use feedback from others, including peers and superiors, to evaluate your own performance and inform you of your development and support to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interests and development opportunities. Provide minutes from that discussion signed by a witness.
• To support your discussion, supply a minimum of 3 session records showing that you have reflected on your own experience and provide a statement of approx. 250 words to outline the areas that you have identified for development and how you will achieve them

Assessment Criteria:
AC 2.2: Demonstrate the ability to reflect on practice
AC 4.2: Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interests and development opportunities
AC 4.3: Demonstrate how to work with others to agree own personal development plan

Can someone help please?

I have been in my setting for 3 months now and the setting doesn't have any procedures in about play, very old school and strict, no play meaning and they don't promote play, this is getting sorted by the head teacher, although I have been warned it will take a long time. I am the only member of staff with relevant training in playwork no one else has any understanding.

Every time I ask my manager to help me with this question she says I don't know what to suggest and you will have to ask someone to do it with me.

So as I'm at a standstill and I need to finish this course to move on to another setting I am hoping someone can give me ideas of what to write and help me out with this question please?

Thanks
