Hi pages 105+ of the level 3 handbook will help along with your knowledge of the requirements & guidelines in your early years framework - if you work in england it'll be the EYFS.

From page 106 legislation includes:

Health and Safety At Work Act 1974
Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992
RIDDOR - The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995
COSHH - The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
The Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006

Research each so you can summarise it/them xx

Best wishes
