I am doing Cypop 4. My assessor came into my setting and assessed a physical activity and 5.1 will be assessed based on my evaluation and reflection on my activity.

Hi that question isn't one that is written based, it has to be assessed in the work place. I did that 3 weeks ago and did a throwing and catching a ball activity. I asked the kids if they knew how to throw and catch safely. We had a quick practice by splitting them into pairs then got in a circle and randomly threw the ball to each other. I passed the assessment anyway. Hope it helps :)
