Hi Ruthierhyme!
Everything's going great, I have a job interview for a Nursery Nurse and they want me to do a five minute presentation on supporting young children in the early years .
Any advice please , it's for 2/3 yr olds .
Also can I use a flip chart instead of power point ?
Thank you xxxx

Hi, I'd think it's up to you how to present your ideas :) For me supporting this age range is much about parent partnerships, effective communication, the relationships within the setting ie. child-child, child-adult, adult-adult, practitioner's awareness of child development, policies & procedures so as to support children in line with the setting's central aim and respect throughout the day to day routine - format, planning & activities

Hope the interview goes well, let us know xx
