Help SOS city and guilds lv 5 diploma unit 147 lead and manage a team

Can anyone help with this question please?
Compare methods of addressing conflict within a team

I am an experienced manager however Im struggling to find various methods to discuss other than : negative ways :the unhelpful manager that just buries her head in the sand, the one that fuels the conflict by taking sides or joining in,
or positive ways : Collaboration (One-on-one), mediation

Any suggestions gratefully received

Nannon
