Default NVQ 2 Teaching Assistan

I'm stuck on ideas for this assignment it's unit 3 assignment 4 You have recently started working in a school. Give examples of how you established respectful, professional relationships with pupils, staff, parents or carers

I would just write how you have begun to form professional relationships with parents and your colleagues. i.e introducing yourself to them, being polite and open, easy to approach, taking an interest in their child, helping staff with tasks that may need to be done, being trustworthy, not passing on any confidential information that you may have heard to people that do not need to know the information. I would also add that if you have only just recently started working in a school, then you are beginning to establish positive relationships with these adults, and are continuing to build their trust in you as you settle in, and get to know the children.
I hope this helps and isn't too late
