Explain the procedures to follow for safety checking the following in a play environment:facilities, equipment, toilets,washing areas, movement and activity of children and young people

Hi, this is asking how you check your play environment. Is it a daily, weekly routine, do you check before & after each session? Which area do you do first, second, third, last. How do you record that the check happens - a book, form. For play equipment do you have a way that broken/damaged toys are removed from the play environment or children's reach. Do you notice when things are rusty, sticking out, stacked too high, obstruct exits & entrances.. Toilets accumulate debris that could be a danger to health how do you check the area is clean, the floor is dry ..
