help needed for job description

im on the level 2 certificate course for the children and young peoples workforce, and i curently help volunter in the nursey at school 3 days as a parent helper what would you class as a good job description for a parent helper i have wrote a bit just wondered if anyone else had any other ideas
thank you for your time im quite new to this and just hope i succeed on this course

Work with small groups/ one to one with children to complete a set task
Encourage the children's personal hygiene and good behaviour
Make myself aware of the fire drill, fire exits and equipment
read stories/sing songs
Report any concerns I may have to the correct member of staff
Set the classroom up with different activities for when the children arrive
