Help SOS what is the role of an administrator

hi please can someone help i am going out of my mind i have been a play worker for many years and have recently started working in a company where the manager and her unqualified daughter seem not to understand the boundaries of the roles and responsibilities of the team, which leaves me questioning everything i thought i knew so please can somebody tell what is the role and responsibility of the administrator in a play setting? what information should and shouldn't be shared with them in regard to the children and parent ?
