CYP Core 3.1. Really need some help, please

Right so i have been set my assignment for core 3.1 and i have done some of it but looking at the task sheets. it says:
An explanation of how children and young people’s development is influenced by:
-A range of external factors
-A range of personal factors

and in the personal factors it includes disablility

however looking through the task i have found that is also whats me to do this:
An explanation of how disability may affect development

right now heres my questions.
Are they the same thing?
If so do i need to do the second one in more detail?
If not how are they different?

Sorry this being so long, didnt know how to describe it any other way.
Thank you for looking and this

3 separate questions. tho if a child has a parent who is disabled it could be an external factor too therefore 4!

this is what i have got for disability in the personal factors question
A child or young person that has a disability may find it difficult to take part in play and leisure activities that other children and young people are able to take part in. This can lead to them excluding themselves from groups so that they don’t risk not being able to do what the other children and young people in the group are doing. As a result of excluding there selves they may not fully develop social skills, they may also run a risk of becoming overweight or obese, which can then lead to them having low self esteem and confidence because they don’t like the way they look.
A child or young person with a disability may miss time from school due to hospital appointments. An example of this would be a child or young person with leukaemia.

could i use this to start off the other question
