What about thinking of ways in which people learn and take it from that angle and that may help you. For example some people remember from memory, some learn from doing hands on stuff etc. HTH.

Hi, welcome to silkysteps, these are a few suggestions to research

Learning through active participation
Observational learning
Social learning theory Albert Bandura - theory of how learning takes place spontaneously by watching and imitating others.
VAK model of learning styles

A search for 'learning in a level 3 handbook will help if you have access to one.

Best wishes
