Hi there can anyone plz help me i handed unit shc 34 in and ive been handed it back because my answer was incorrect this what im needing help with
2.1 write a description of.. how to manage risks associated with conflicts or dilemmas between an individuals rights and the duty of care

i thought i had done everything correct but i must have missed something

for this i wrote about child protection issues as i feel this could be the biggest conflict and dillema we could encounter and i listed how i would do this inline with our policy and procedures giving possible conflicts and dilemmas.
