Help SOS Really stuck on unit 304, Any help really appriciated

Hello,

I have been owering through unit 304 but there are three questions i am really stuck on! I have tried for weeks to figure out what the question is asking and how to correctly ask it, i think i have been looking at the questions for far too long, and i am at a complete stand still

I would really appriciate any help or pointers anyone is able to give me!

Here are the three questions;

304.0 Ks 4b Techniques of reflective analysis: seeking alternatives

304.0 Ks 4e Techniques of reflective analysis: thinking about consequences

304.0 Ks 4i Techniques of reflective analysis: seeking, identifying, and resolving problems

These are the last three questions i have left to answer so i think the best way to cover them would be answer them indervidally, but not sure where to begin

Thanks in advance

Jessica Jamieson

in order to answer this you need to have done some work on reflective theory which you should have done in class or this doesn't make sense. try researching GIBBS BROOKFIELD and most importantly KOLB. reflection means you change the way you do things and analyse things through to either a change or an improvement.
