M y Question is; Breifly explian what is ment by each of the following terms when applied to polices and procedures for safe working

Whistle-blowing (3.3 give strenths and weaknesses of this practice)

This is the one im stuck with, has anyone done this? can anyone help?

eeeeeek! Hate being so near yet so far! looking into it all too much im sure.

you should have a policy in your setting for this if not you can google it and find one then you need to discuss the pros and cons of it
