Default CYP 3.6 help?

As I am on work experience at mysetting, I have been asked to write a Reflective Account on 3.1 and 3.2

3.1: Demonstrate own contribution to the development or implementation of processes and procedures for recording, storing and sharing information.
As someone who is on work experience at the setting, I do not have access to the children’s records for obvious reasons.

3.2 Demonstrate how to maintain secure recording and storage systems for information:
• paper based
• electronic

Can anyone help?

Hi, even without actual access there will be procedures in placethat you can ask about for recording, storing and sharing information, it's possible thoses processess could be used as a theoretical basis for answering/discussing.

Are you able to check with your assessor/tutor to see what they are expecting, or to explain the situation and ask for guidance?

Welcome to silkysteps :)

'Demonstrate' should be observed by your assessor, not as written evidence.
