Hello,
l have to write a policy including equality and diversity. I am a childminder so can l use my inclusion Policy? also i have to say why i have written this policy. I have after researched another as well as mine and now l am stuck about what to say as the two i researched were similar can anyone help

your inclusion policy will cover all of this and you have done it a. because ofsted says you must the eyfs says you must and good practice dictates it.
