assignment 023 task C PLEASE HELP!!

Hiya everyone, please help me!

I'm doing my level 3 CYPW I'm on task C: 'produce a short report in the form of an induction pack for new staff at a setting, covering the following:..' etc

I'm stuck on how they really want it laid out. I've never seen an induction pack for a new member of staff in a childcare setting so wouldn't even know where to start.

Any help would be fantastic

if you look on the cwdc website they have a whole induction programme which you can adapt and read

Hi i'm new here,and really stuck where to begin on this particular Q aswell!..I checked out that site u mentioned for the induction pack and don't know where to look for it! Can u specify pleaseeeeee??..(need it in blonde terms for me..:laughing:

Hiya, in the end I done mine in a leaflet format. I turned my paper to landscape view and made three columns (as if the page was to be folded in 3) I used a made up name for my nursery, think it was Bright Stars Nursery lol, i sub headed it- "observations & assessments 2011/12" then made sure I covered all I needed to in a friendly but detailed way...if that makes sense my assessor loved it. Hope this helps! I used my children's and young people's workforce book for reference alongside net help and referring to what we do in our nursery.
