Well done Natalie

We'll probably finish around the same time, just waiting for tutor now, to do one pd and maybe one ob but unsure yet as he said he would be able to look back at other obs that he has done and cross ref with my optional units, in total through my optional units i had approx 21 questions for obs but most was SENCO and Disability which Tutor has completed obs when i was working with a child with a disability because she was going to school so hopefully will have at least two thirds signed off and maybe a physical ob if he needs it as he has allready observed me with children using our climbing frame as a pirate ship and reading stories to a group and a 1-1 with books so maybe no obs

Good luck Natalie, will see you at the finishing post

Lynne

hi Shelleyl,
The difference between formal and informal creative activity.
Formal creative activity is planned activities within a structured learning setting for example when the children in my class are having their singing lessons this is a structured lesson, and when we are making things on the creative table this is a structured activity which have set learning outcomes and may be adult led.
Informal creative activity is where you learn through daily experiences and the environment for example what children learn from their family and neighbours, going to the market or library and through work, play and the media. A child may learn a dance through watching their family, they may learn how to bake with their parents at home and help in the garden arranging where to plant flowers, which could be child led.
Creativity improves the self-esteem, motivation and achievement of learners.
hope it helps a little x
