k2d88 Birth to three matters a frame work to support children in their earliest years was published to inform and develop the practise of those who work within the youngest children. there are 4 aspects which help to understand the growth, learning and development of a very young children they are a strong child, a skillful communicator, a healthy child, a competent learner. A child experiences in the earliest years of their lives are critical to their subsequent development.

k2d90 music movement song and games are enjoyable way for children to learn how to express themseleves and communicate. the music they listen to can vary considerably from nursery rhymes to classical and contemporary and making instruments will teach the children how to recreate the sounds ofthe instruments they have been listening to. body sounds can also teach rhythm eg clapping , clicking, tapping along with singing and dancing. let the children experiment with everything in order to learn.
