Hi for Bruce Tuckman's
form/storm/norm/perform you could example a staff meeting where you discussed new ideas ..
EG an activity or outing maybe..
Forming them - the tentative bit where you introduce the concept of a new idea for the children/adults .. will it fit with everyones views, perspectives, current interests.
Stoming them - gathering a concoction of everyones ideas/concerns/issues/views/conflicts ..
Normalising them, shaping them into something that can be used in everyday practice - 'this is what we do now, this is what we need to look at doing to fit this activity/outing idea into the day ..
Perform ... this is how we are going to do it ..
The reflective account will enable you to see how your group goes through the stages of development in order to provide an activity/outing/other experience or implement changes that meet new regulation/initiatives.
Belbin's team role theory concerns itself more with individual skills and how a group of unique, individual professionals work together to get a job done ..

Hope this helps xx
