Sarahg74 is on a distinguished road
404 level 4

I am nearly finished the Nvq 4 but am stuck on a few things
404 investigate ways of reflecting on, reviewing and evaluating own practice
.1 draw on sources of current policy, research and up-to-date thinking, review potential arears of own practice that require development
.2 monitor process, practices and outcomes from your own work to assist in deciding priority areas for change and development of own practice

both of these i have to write as a reflective account

please can anyone help

this site has been a useful help throughout my studying
