i am new to this site and really need some help with the new diploma in children an young people's development workforce level 3 and cant get hold of my assessor still!

CCT230 Explain how transitions in children an young people can affect their development 0-19 years?

you need to wrote about several of the transition that children will experience, the list is given in your learners log, think about what the child will experience and go through and how you as a EYP can support them, for example moving to secondary school? friendships puberty etc. you need to write about each transition

Don't forget to mention bad transitions can have a impact on the childs self esteem and confidence.
