Help SOS 303.1 PC1,2 and 6 please help me!?

could really use some answers or pointers for these assessor says she can not observe me on them so need to be written. any help would be much appreciated please?

1:identify the reasons for observing and assessing development
2: select appropriate techniques of observation and types of recording format
and 6: use appropriate techniques to observe children, covering all required aspects of their development and their behaviour
