Aside from the actual qualification you will be gaining - how do you think this degree is going to benefit you? which in turn will benefit the children you are caring for and teaching?

Will your knowledge be any different?
will you know more or less than you do/did?
How will this impact on your practice?
Will it help you to be more 'open' to views? more understanding? wanting to learn/understand more?
Will it give you more confidence?
Will it help you feel more professional?

The questions could go on and on and you will know which ones ,if not all will apply to you. Ask yourself the questions and then think how the degree will be helping you in delivering best practice.
