Help SOS Child development project - help

im doing my child developement project and am at the part of appropriate agencies and how they can help with developement. i have had a think and can only think of birth to five, salt, surestart, camh, safeguarding children, gp midwife health visitor. but not sure if im on the right track or what they actually can do to help? any help gratefully recieved!

SaLT on NHS careers and Surestart childrens centres will help gather information.
