Can any one help me with unit 1.3.3 please
Identify reason for using appropriate tone and language in dealing with:

team members
children and young people
families
other professionals

can some one help me out by rewording what is they want me to write or tell me what the answer is please i just dont get it

They are asking you how would you speak to:

Team members? Would they help you if you bellowed orders out to them?

Children - how would you speak to them if you were settling them in or they were upset? What intonation would you use? Loud or reassuring?

Families - how would you react if they gave you good news?
spoke to you of a concern they had about their child?
gave you bad news that affected their child in your setting?

Professionals - how would you speak to them - casually/ on a professional footing with respect etc?

I hope this puts you on the right track and you'll be able to think of lots more examples.
