Default Reflect On The Reasons Why Everyday Care Routines Are Important In An Early Years Set

i have a bit for this answer but its not enough basicaly i wrote how routines are important as a child can become un settled and children can become strong and independant from a base of loving and secure relationships with parents and keyworkers a routine provides a pridictable pattern to each session the body tends to like routine i e you get hungrey at certain times of the day and so on

if any one can add would b grate full x
